The City of Oneida Board of Assessment Review will hold Grievance Day on Tuesday, June 9, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers, 109 North Main Street, Oneida.
The Tentative Assessment Roll will be available for public review beginning June 1. Property owners who wish to contest their assessment must provide Form RP-524, Complaint on Real Property Assessment, and provide any supporting documentation. This can be brought with you to the hearing and does not need to be submitted in advance.
Form RP-524 is available from the Assessor’s Office during the following hours:
- Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
